Shipping policy

Order Processing and Delivery Schedule: 

Once you place an order on our website, the processing time starts. Please make note of the following schedule:

Order Cutoff time: 5 PM (Mountain Standard Time)

Order Handling Time: 2-3 days ( Monday - Friday)

Transit Time: 3-8 days ( Monday - Friday)

 

Order Confirmation:

You will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking number and link through email. 

 

Shipping Carrier:

We partner with USPS to ensure timely and safe delivery.  Shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order and location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

 

Shipping Location:

We ship within the United States. 

 

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it please:

  1. Verify the shipping address
  2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence
  3. Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package
  4. Contact USPS with your tracking number to initiate a claim

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference. 

 

Utah Only:

If you live in Utah, there is the additional option to coordinate a pick up location with customer service. This pick up location is in West Valley City, Utah. If this location does not work for you, please choose a different delivery option.
