Refund policy
First Order Refunds:
If our product isn't for you, we'll refund your first order in full, with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase from us.
Any Order Refunds:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Process:
This item is non-returnable due to potential safety risk as an ingestible product. Please dispose of any defective or damaged products.
Refund Process:
If the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement. Please send images of defect/damage to samantha@createmotherlylove.com. in order to start the refund process.
If your reason for a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at samantha@createmotherlylove.com.
No Restocking fee:
Since no item is returnable, there is no restocking fee.
