What sets Create Motherly Love apart

Here are a few ingredients we have that many postpartum health brands do not.

Selenium

Selenium is an antioxidant, primarily seen in the Thyroid and Liver. The Liver uses Selenium to make glutathione, an antioxidant responsible for detoxifying the Liver of heavy metals.

Selenium is needed in order to convert T4 into T3 in the Thyroid. T3 is used in thyroid hormones in order to regulate your temperature and manage your weight.

Selenium supports the hormone changes that you undergo as you transition from pregnancy to breastfeeding.

Activated B-vitamins

Does it make a difference what type of B-vitamins you get? The MTHFR gene mutation is present in about 40% of the population. This mutation makes it harder for your body to process B-vitamins, which can lead to depression, anxiety and digestive issues. Those with the mutation struggle to digest folic acid, which is the synthetic form of folate. The activated version of folate is L-methylfolate and allows for your body to utilize the B-vitamins better, even when you don't have the mutation.

Moms need the energy from activate B-vitamins in order to keep up with their kids.
